About Me

I am trained in integrative psychotherapy, which covers theory and practice from each of the main therapeutic schools: psychodynamic, person-centred and existential. I combine elements of each of these in my practice, which is primarily relational. This means exploring the way in which relational patterns from your past are replayed in the present, including in the relationship between us.

Fundamentally, I believe that it is the relationship that heals, rather than a specific technique or treatment solution.

Experience

In the past I have worked as a telephone counsellor for the Samaritans and as a counsellor and psychotherapist for Camden Mind, Richmond Borough Mind and The LAPIS (London Accessiblity Psychotherapy & Inclusive Supervision).

Additional training includes: Working with Neurodivergence, Trauma, Group work and Transgender and Non-Binary inclusivity.

I am a Registered Member of the UKCP and a Member of the BACP. I abide by the UKCP and BACP code of ethics.
